Our family is moving at light speed today trying to get ready for two things at once. Church tomorrow and a Camping Trip. Our family has never been camping, and we are taking a couple of days to join Darcy’s sister and parents in Williamsburg, Virginia.
My thoughts are on preparation for the journey. On a camping trip, if you don’t bring it with you there is little hope of getting it. God is wanting to equip us for the trail ahead, and is trying to equip us with the tools we need.
Here are the tools:
“..the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.” (Galatians 5:22)
I have to make sure I also pack these for the camping trip ahead. (Especially patience, with five of us in one tent! LOL)
