I just finished signing the contracts for TrueLife Church to open at Pump It Up, and I am very excited about the road ahead!
My home/office was invaded today by about 8 moms with children in tow, as Darcy and I hosted an impromptu lunch for the a group following MOPS. The floor of my office became a diaper changing station, as I watched a wonderful mom wrestle her boy into a new diaper.
Church planting feels a lot like parenting:
1. I love it with all my heart.
2. I am incredibly tired.
3. I believe God has great plans for this new life.
4. I don’t really know what I am doing.
Being around the moms today was very encouraging to this pastor. Children and church plants grow up quickly. Find joy in the whatever stage you are in.
