Hey Mark,
Your blogs are great! I keep finding myself getting lost in “blog land” when I get on your site~reading something which links to something else, which links to something else. )
I’m going to add your blog to my blogroll on my site. Continued blessings on True Life and on you and Darcy and the kids. Miss you guys.
Julie
Ok, so follow-up question…what about some “thing”? Like being proud of making an A on a test or being proud of nailing the big proposal or sale? Am I just using the wrong word?
Julie,
It is great to hear from you, and thanks for coming by the blog and joining in to the conversations. I am so excited for the road ahead for Shelby and you, and for Zion Bible College (www.zbc.edu). Blessings
Aron,
I think that pride in something is still about the same two things:
1. Posture
2. Position
Does this thing take the place of something it shouldn’t? Our pride in our hobbies, passions, and belongings can often take time, affection, and resources that belong to God or to our family.
