I am sitting at the kid’s dentist waiting for the dentist to tell me the monetary damage. Right next to me is the sits the next waiting room in my life. The orthodontist.
Life can really be tracked by the waiting rooms in which we sit. Contemplate that one.
This Sunday, I am going to be talking about Noah in our current series: Think Big. Noah maybe had the biggest test of waiting that has ever been known.
He built the ark & waited for the rain. He went inside the ark & still waited for the rain. The rain finally came, and he had to wait for it to stop. It stopped, and he had to wait for the land to dry up.
Here is my point. When God asked you to do something Big ( like save civilization), it’s going to take you sitting in the waiting room, a lot. In this age instant information, we have to remind our spirits that Big Change takes time, hard work, and patience.
Now back to my outdated People Magazine. What do you think Noah and his family did as they waited on the Ark?
